Weekend "Cookery" Breaks for 2005
The two night break will be planned using seasonal local produce. They will be held around the second Saturday every month (except August) to coincide with the Farmers Market at Brecon.
The weekend will include dinner with wine to compliment each course on Friday and Saturday; a visit to Brecon Market where you will meet local farmers and producers on Saturday morning; cookery demonstration using the produce bought, "hands on" if you want to join in. This will be followed by an informal lunch with us and/or a local producer / farmer; breakfast each morning.
Price for two people is £450 for the weekend and is based on two sharing a double room. There will be a supplement of £20 per night for the large double.
